Dr. Jamie Eller, DO
Founder & Physician | Upton Aesthetics
Dr. Jamie Eller brings a distinctly comprehensive approach to aesthetic medicine—grounded in physician-level training, advanced anatomical education, procedural experience, and a deep understanding of how the body functions as a whole.
Before becoming a physician, Dr. Eller spent five years practicing as a Registered Nurse in a surgical intensive care unit, home health, and wound care. That early experience shaped her appreciation for both the complexity of the human body and the importance of thoughtful, meticulous patient care.
She went on to graduate in the top 10% of her medical school class at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she completed both an Anatomy Fellowship and a Predoctoral Teaching Fellowship in Osteopathic Principles and Philosophy. Her education in anatomy and osteopathic medicine became a particularly important foundation for her approach to procedures—understanding not simply where to place a treatment, but the underlying structures, movement, tissue planes, vascular anatomy, and individual variations that make every face different.
Dr. Eller completed her Family Medicine residency through the Conroe Medical Education Foundation in affiliation with Lone Star Family Health Center and became board certified in Family Medicine in 2020. Her training and practice have given her experience across the full spectrum of medicine, from preventive care and chronic disease management to musculoskeletal medicine and a broad range of office-based procedures.
Today, her practice extends beyond conventional primary care into aesthetic medicine, hormone health, regenerative medicine, and longevity. She is also the founder and physician of Healthy Self DPC in Willis, Texas, and serves as a medical educator at Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she teaches medical students in osteopathic principles and clinical anatomy.

Upton Aesthetics was created from a desire to bring the same level of thoughtfulness and individualized care Dr. Eller provides in primary care into aesthetic medicine.
Her philosophy is simple: Aesthetic medicine should be thoughtful, precise, and personal—guided by anatomy, informed by medicine, and tailored to the individual.
Rather than approaching the face as a collection of isolated areas to treat, Dr. Eller considers facial anatomy, proportions, skin quality, muscle dynamics, structural support, and the patient's overall goals before developing a treatment plan.
Her background in anatomy, osteopathic medicine, wound care, and procedural medicine gives her a perspective that extends beyond the surface. Every treatment is approached with an emphasis on anatomy, precision, safety, and balanced-looking results. For Dr. Eller, the goal is not to make someone look “done.” It is to help them look like the healthiest, most refreshed version of themselves.
