Dr. Jamie Eller, DO

Owner | Board certified family physician

Dr. Jamie Eller practiced as an ICU, home health, and wound care Registered Nurse in Texas for 5 years prior to attending medical school. She graduated in the top 10% of her class from Nova Southeastern University – College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL where she also completed an Anatomy Fellowship and a Predoctoral Teaching Fellowship in Osteopathic Principles and Philosophy (OPP). Dr. Eller chose to specialize in family medicine because she values providing comprehensive care, building a relationship with her patients, and providing care for the whole family from newborns to grandparents. She completed her training with the Conroe Medical Education Foundation in affiliation with The Lone Star Family Health Center. She received her Family Medicine Board Certification in 2020.


Beyond standard family medicine, Dr. Eller's medical interests include providing osteopathic manipulation, hormone education, aesthetic procedures, and natural alternative options to prescription pharmaceuticals when applicable. She has a strong background medical education teaching, musculoskeletal medicine,  and performing a variety of medical procedures. She is the owner of a successful Direct Primary Care Clinic, Healthy Self DPC, where she practices in Willis, TX.


Named after her husband, Dr. Eller started Upton Aesthetics as a side of her practice that provides safe and natural aesthetic procedures, as well as longevity and regenerative medicine for her family, friends, and primary care patients. She provides aesthetic care within the Healthy Self DPC clinic in Willis.


When not practicing in the clinic or teaching medical students at the SHSU College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Eller enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and church. Her hobbies include working out and hiking with her husband, guest speaking on For The Love of Hormones Podcast, and caring for her many farm animals.
